CREA-RE is a powerful Device Management Platform for Mobile Smartphone Devices which can be both used by the Customer Care of a Mobile Telco Operator and by the device's owner in Web Self Service version. It can easily shape the device settings, using friendly Web graphical interface. CREA-RE provides access profiles and hierarchy restrictions so that it can be used by expert operators and less skilled ones not having access to all platform functionalities. CREA-RE is already integrated with fundamental Mobile Telco Systems (MMS-C, SMS-C, etc.) and cover the Device Setting, Software Distribution, Application Management and Content Management area of Device Management environment

CREA-RE can read, over-the-air, from Device: Manufacturer name, Model name, IMSI, IMEI, Battery level, Bluetooth status, Network Type, Network coverage level and Memory usage.
